Published Work – Metrovida

Since October 2011, I have been a part of a local magazine based out of Laredo, Texas known as MetroVida. I was fortunate enough to land myself an interview through the career services UTSA provided and was pleasantly surprised to find that, although I am terrible at interviews and have little faith in my writing at times, the founders of the magazine enjoyed the writing sample I gave them and hired me on as a writer. A year and a half later, even with my abrupt move to Guam and with communication back to the mainland being tricky at times, they have worked with me and have allowed me to keep writing for them. The link below is their profile at Issuu where you can read every issue released so far.
